Appletrees campaign as Santas Answering Service turned dreams into reality this holiday season. In addition to answering calls for their customers, Appletree employees were delighted to take on the extra responsibility of answering calls as Santas elves. Appletree customer experience experts answered over 22,000 calls for Santas Answering Service this year, a 1200% increase from its inaugural campaign in 2010.
The campaigns main goal was to provide children with a positive call experience for the holiday season as they were asked to leave their top three wish list items with Santas elves. Santas Answering Service surpassed Appletrees expectations on many occasions. One call on December 14th from a little girl who asked for a few gifts and a very touching message to send to Santa stood out among most.
The elementary aged girl sparked a domino effect of Christmas joy throughout many lives on that Wednesday afternoon. After Jessica the elf promised the young girl that her message would make it to Santa, she did everything in her power to truly keep her promise.
This is my idea of what Christmas really is. The selflessness and kindness in her heart really touched mine. I had to do something. I expected a donation to be given, but the holiday cheer within the company went above and beyond, Jessica the elf explained.
Through the thousands of wish lists that were given to Santas elves, Jackies wish for her friend battling cancer to have a special Christmas displayed the true meaning of Christmas.
Santas Answering Service began as a simple campaign to give children a fun experience to get into the holiday spirit and has grown to be much more than just a campaign. Santas Answering Service has proved that dreams can come true.
