Startup companies from around the world enter MassChallenge where the top teams split $ 1 million in cash awards. The 2011 accelerator phase will take place from July through September and winners will be announced on October 20. MassChallenge is part of the Startup America Partnership, a nationwide alliance of business, nonprofit, and private sector leaders working to increase the success of high-growth enterprises in the U.S.
All MassChallenge entrants receive access to training tools and resources, including free copies of Palo Alto Software’s best-selling products – Business Plan Pro Premier and Sales and Marketing Pro. Palo Alto Software connects entrepreneurs with the resources they need to launch their businesses and succeed immediately.

Rice University Business Plan Competition Palo Alto Software sponsors and judges the Outstanding Written Business Plan Award, and provides free business plan software to all entrants.
Notre Dame Business Plan Competition Palo Alto Software judges and awards the Best Written Plan Award to entrants of both the McCloskey Business Plan Competition and the Klau Family Prize for Greatest Social Impact.
