It is a difference in the positive and negative mentions some of the banks win. HSBC (9.5%), Halifax (9.5%) and Lloyds TSB (7.8%) received the highest percentage of positive news.

However, both were HSBC (12.1%) and Lloyds TSB (10.8%) had a relatively high proportion of negative comments. Unlike Halifax only 6.2% of the negative comments represented in comparison to a much larger (9.5%) of the positive.

Loans attracted almost 8,000 entries on the Internet. However, banks tend to focus attention on the problems that turn more negative comments attracted. The three subjects were treated with negative mentions of customer service, loan and bank employees.

The difference in the number of positive to negative news, is that each bank pulls a sense Level Network (SSN). NSS is a percentage of total net score of positive news. Measured by the 10 largest banks in 2011, were the three best results in terms of maximizing the NSS:

Royal Bank of Scotland was the only bank in the top 10, which achieved a negative NSS (-2.1%). Next up was lowest in the Bank of Ireland with a 0.5% NSS.

Measured, not only the number of comments from consumers on the Internet, but also the feeling that if these messages are positive or negative.
